The Snowline Guest House has been on the Snowline Acres property for many decades, housing generations of families who have loved and grown inside its walls. Recently restored, the old farmhouse evokes a bright and open feel, finished with large picture windows to show off the Swan Mountain Range. Whether near or far, we feel confident that the Snowline Guest House will give you a unique experience to your trip to Northwest Montana.
It is conveniently located in Northwest Montana, just two hours north of Missoula and 12 miles from Glacier International Airport. You will have easy access to the most desirable locations in the area. We are 30 minutes away from Glacier National Park, and a short drive to Flathead Lake, Blacktail Mountain, Whitefish Mountain, Downtown Kalispell, and more.

The 3,500 square foot home features a fenced in yard overlooking the Swan Mountain Range with capacity to sleep up to eight adults. Three bedrooms, four queen beds, two and half baths, two living rooms, loft, dining room, and a full modern kitchen will have you feeling at home, accompanied with an open floorplan. You will be comfortable in any season with central heating and air, and also radiant heat flooring in the basement level.

Historic Cottage on Foys lake
Recently renovated, this 1908 cabin is one of the original cabins on Foys Lake! The iconic, red log cabin structure sits on 1.8 acres and provides the perfect backdrop to your Montana stay. Enjoy the aqua blue water with your own private dock, 600 feet of shoreline, a quiet cove, and kayaks to explore with! In the winter, enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or ice skating on the lake! The 1,500 square foot cabin sleep up to 4 adults, with 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, and all the lake views.
